The International Sky Jobs is the result of the need to create a new Service in the Commercial Aviation Market.

This Service aims to create an inter-action between the Specific needs of Airlines and the process of Recruitment/Selection and Training of Professionals.

To ensure the best result we created a Tripatite Partnership, between two Human Resources Companies and a Flying Academy, each one responsable for a specific area.

So we can assure a full monitoring and support troughout the process of Recruitment/Selection and Training.

The contact with Airlines is made by a Human Resources Company, who makes an initial assessment of the needs.

After this survey of needs, the information is processed by another Human Resources Company, trough its Online Database and their ability to Recruit and Select professionals with the profile needed.

Those professionals are then tested for evaluation in order to choose the best, before initiating the Training Process.

After this previous assessement, the professionals who match the profile and a assessment successfully go to the Stage of Training, the Basic Training (Legal Requirements), can also include in the final part, Specífic Training, (as Internal Procedures and Others...) adjusted to each Airline need, allowing an optimization of results and an easier integration in the team.

With this procedure, we can not only shorten the time of hiring, and increase the rate of success in Recruitment/Selection of candidates, as well to achive better results and a higher quality of professionals.

As this Service has a Training component, we can train the professionals according to the internal needs of the Airline as well as the required by Law, so the Companies can easily manage their professionals.

This hole process can be accompanied by the business customers in real time trough the Online Platform available.
